Items improperly described upon arrival may be returned for a refund for the purchase price and shipping cost. However if the item arrives and was damaged during shipping a claim must be filled with the appropriate shipping service. If an item has a serial number it is recorded and kept after sale, if a return is made the serial number will be compared to our records, and if the numbers do not match there will be no refund and the buyer may have the item shipped back to them at their own cost.
