Shipping Information

• All of our orders are shipping using the US Postal Service and are insured against loss or damage. When your item ships, I will email you with your tracking or customs number and upload your shipping details to eBay. For your convenience your tracking/customs number will be stored on eBay along with your items details.
• The shipping and handling costs are clearly noted on the auction item page. Please use the shipping calculator in eBay to calculate costs of multiple items.
• I ship within one business day of receiving your cleared payment. Orders received before noon EST generally ship the same day.
• Combined shipping discounts are automatically calculated by eBay’s calculators at checkout. If you believe there is an error in your shipping amount, please contact me and I will look into it.
• For multiple purchases, please wait to checkout until you have purchased all of the items you want. Your shipping discounts will be applied automatically.
• Combined shipping is limited to the items purchased from beauty-of-art and cannot be combined with purchases from other sellers.
• Please make sure your Ship-To address is correct. I am not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• I am required to collect Kentucky sales tax when Ship-To address is in Kentucky.

International Shipping

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
• I will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
• International shipments take time. Not only do the packages travel a far distance, but the packages must also clear your local customs office. This process can take up to 6 weeks regardless of the shipping service.
• If you want a trackable service, you will need to choose standard Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
• Standard Priority Mail International is trackable. Delivery times range from 1-3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks if your customs office is slow.
• Express Mail International is trackable. Delivery times range from 3 days up to a week, but in some instances may take a little longer.
• Shipments sent via First Class Mail International are not trackable. Delivery times range from 2-4 weeks but can take as long as 6 weeks and still be within normal limits.
• Shipments sent via Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box or Flat Rate Envelope are not trackable. Delivery times range from 1-3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks and still be within normal limits.
  

Return Policy

• I stand behind every product I sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, I am happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days after receiving your returned item in new, unused condition.
• If you received an item you did not order, or your item was damaged, please don’t worry, I will take care of it. Contact me using eBay’s Contact Seller link in the listing.
• For all exchanges or refunds, I need the original receipt (or a copy) and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
