SHIPPING COST: Our shipping charge is based on the exact cost to ship the estimated package weight and a small handling fee (typically 15 cents to $1), depending on the amount of packing supplies needed for safe arrival of your item. We use professional packaging which is quite expensive. Our year-end totals show us that the handling fee we charge adds up to less than 1/4 of our actual cost for these supplies. Our shipping costs with this small handling fee is simply asking you to help share in those costs, otherwise we cannot afford to continue to bring you the terrific bargains. We are not overcharging on shipping to gain hidden profit as some may think. We are sharing in the packing costs and we are not passing on to you our eBay fees or PayPal fees. We always disclose to you the shipping cost up front so you can adjust your bidding accordingly. Please take this into consideration when rating us. Hopefully you will find we live up to a full five-star performance. We believe we are quite fair on these costs and trust that you realize how important it is that we pack your item securely with the proper packing materials. Our items arrive safe and sound.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We welcome international bidders located in the countries we have listed as accepted. This includes New Zealand which is not listed as one of the eBay options. An additional handling fee of $2 will be added to our standard handling fee for domestic shipments. Packages can become delayed in Customs beyond our control. Please be patient and know that we always ship items immediately upon receipt of payment. Make sure you are aware of package size limitations to your country if you are bidding on a large item. Most countries will not accept a package for shipment larger than 79" girth (width + height x 2) plus length.

ASSUMPTIONS: Please, please, do not assume parts, accessories, boxes, paperwork, etc. are included if we have not mentioned it in the description or it is not shown in the picture. This means we do not have it. You cannot hold us responsible for something you assumed.

TIME LIMITATIONS: Payment is expected within 7 days of our win-notification letter. Please communicate with us within 3 days of your win either by making payment or letting us know payment is on the way, simply to confirm your winning bid. Do not bid if you do not intend to pay within this time frame unless you have contacted us for approval first. We do file non-payment notifications with eBay if we have not heard from you.

WE DO NOT STOP AUCTIONS: Please do not ask us to stop an auction to sell directly to you or to change the auction to a buy-it now. In fairness to eBay and other bidders, we will not do this.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES: Yes, we are more than happy to repack your items to combine them for lower shipping cost, however auctions must have ended within 5 days of each other. Please, no exceptions. If using PayPal, the combined purchases must be paid in ONE payment. Large, fragile items cannot be combined as we want them to arrive safely to you.

MEDIA RATE PACKAGES: The majority of our items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. To save you on shipping costs, all CD’s, Books, VHS tapes, and other such related items will be shipped by Media Rate. This means a slower delivery time, usually 8 to 10 days, but at times even longer. If you prefer to have this type of item shipped via Priority and are willing to pay the higher shipping cost, just let us know.

YOUR ADDRESS: We will not ship to any address other than your eBay listed address without prior consent by us. Under no circumstance will we ship to an International address if your eBay address is in the US. Sadly we have been the victim of a common scam and learned a hard lesson.

GEORGIA SALES TAX: Per requirements of the State of Georgia, and Georgia resident buying on eBay from a seller in the state of Georgia must pay a 6% sales tax or provide us with their authorized Sales Tax Exemption Certificate number.

RETURN POLICY: We do our best to describe items in detail, pointing out all flaws we find. If we make a mistake and the item is not as described in the listing and consequently you do not want the item purchased, we will accept the return of your item for refund of the full bid amount. In most cases if we agree that we are at fault, we will also refund your shipping costs, including the shipping cost to return the item to us. However, on international shipments the shipping cost is not refundable. We want you happy with any transaction you have with us. Returns must be received within 35 days of delivery confirmation date to you.
