If the item has arrived damaged we need to see evidence as in pictures but in most cases we will need the item returning for insurance purposes.

All our stock that is marked used   has come from main dealers this is why some of the parts look new as they have never been fitted, or they simply have a few storage marks as they have been on a shelf for quite some time. Our stock changes weekly so why not add us as one of your favourite sellers.  

We often get orginal parts which have been removed when the bike was new for an upgrade, Most of these are new but marked as used. 

We also gather parts from motorcycle repair centers and often the new parts are not fitted or needed for the repair again we sell these as used.

Therefore, it must be stated that should you decide to keep and actively make use of any bike part we have sold, you do so entirely at your own risk.
