Policies
For any questions you might have regarding a listing or an item you purchased, please feel free to contact us at any time by using the ask a question link to the top right of the listing. Please allow for up to 24 hours for responses during weekdays and up to 48 hours over the weekend.

Payments: Once you completed your ebay checkout, you will be taken directly to paypal. You will then need to log into your paypal account to pay for the item.
Combining Orders: If you are purchasing multiple items, use the buy it now button on all the items you want to purchase. (Please only use the buy it now button once unless you want to purchase multiples of an item). After you are done purchasing all the items you want, you can use the ebay checkout to combine all your items into one shipment. Remember, you only pay one shipping charge, regardless of how many items you purchase. Alternatively, if you do not combine your order, we will combine the items for you into one order and send you the order total (please allow for up to 24 hours for us to combine your order and 48 hours over the weekend). Please keep in mind that if you purchase multiple items with different shipping charges, the highest charge applies to your complete order.
Certain oversize items, such as frames and framed posters do not apply for the flat rate shipping charge.
Shipping: We only charge one flat rate shipping fee. Regardless of how many posters you purchase, you only pay a flat rate shipping fee. If you purchase mulitple items with different shipping charges, the highest charge will apply to your total order. Certain items like frames and framed posters do not qualify for the flat rate fee.
All our items, unless you purchased express shipping, will ship via USPS first class, priority mail or via Fed Ex Ground.
Frames and framed items can NOT be combined with unframed items. They will ship separately and shipping will be charged separately
Shipping to Canada: Shipments to Canada are charged at $12.99 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item. Express shipping is not available to Canada. Frames, Framed items and Giant Posters are also not available to Canadian customers due to size restrictions.
Frames, Framed Posters & Giant Posters: Attention: Frames, framed posters and giant posters can NOT ship outside of the contiguous 48 states meaning no shipments to Canada or other international locations, to PO boxes, Military destinations, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Shipping for frames and framed items is $15.95 for the first item and $5 for each additional frame or framed item.
Processing Times: We normally ship items within 1 business day after we receive the payment. After that it usually takes an additional 3-7 days for the Post Office to deliver your items. Please understand that during peak times we may require between 7-10 business days before can can ship an item. If you require an item for a certain date, please contact us beforehand and we will let you know if we can get the item to you on time.
Express Shipping: If you select Express Shipping for your order, please be aware that this applies to the shipping service ONLY and not to our internal processing times. Even though we try to move express orders ahead in line, we give no guarantee that those orders will actually be processed faster. Express shipments are not available for frames and framed posters.
Insurance: Shipping insurance is included in all shipments. Should an item arrive damaged, please do not throw the item or the packaging away before contacting us first. We will make sure to rectify the situation. In order to request a refund from the shipping carrier however, we may need to require digital images of the product and the packaging or the carrier may request the actual product in the original packaging to be made available for inspection.
Sales Tax: Sales tax at the rate of 7.975% applies Missouri (MO) buyers only. If the buyer is not located in MO but the recipient is located in MO, sales tax is still applicable.
Damages: Should you receive an item damaged, please do not throw the item or the package away before contacting us first. In some cases we do require digital images of the damaged product so we can claim the damages with post office or shipping carrier. In certain cases, we will need the item to be returned to us in their original packaging so we can claim a damage with the shipping carrier.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your item, you may return the item after contacting us. We will issue you a return merchandise authorization.
If the return is a result of our mistake (e.g. we sent you the wrong item(s)) we will of course pay for the return shipping cost and any subsequent resending of the correct item. However, if you want to return the item because you simply don't want it or need it anymore or for any other reason, you will have to pay for the return shipping. Once the item arrives back safely in resalable condition we will issue you a credit in the same form of your original payment (Paypal or credit card refund).
Original shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items.
Please make sure when you return an item that you package it safely and we suggest you purchase shipping insurance. If the item arrives back at our facilities damaged, due to the USPS or any other reason, we will not be able to issue a refund for the item(s).
If you have any problems with your order please always contact us first either by phone or by email before you leave negative feedback. Customer service is extremely important to us and we try to do everything in our power to resolve any issues. We would greatly appreciate if you give us the chance of fixing a problem beforehand rather than leaving a negative or neutral feedback before contacting us.
Images: We try to depict our items as accurately as possible with the best images we can supply. However, on rare occasions, an image for an item may be slightly different from the item itself.
Product Sizes: Item Sizes: As with images, we try to be as accurate on the measurements we supply for our items. However, in rare cases, the size of an item may vary by up to 1 to 2 inches in height and width. If you need the measurements to be 100% accurate before you purchase the item, please contact us and we will be happy to remeasure the item for you.
