    * If you encounter a problem with the product, the product is found to be defective upon receipt, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery, Monday through Friday 8.30am-7pm EST. with detailed description of the issue so we can assist you.
    * If the same model as the item you purchased is available in our inventory at the time, an EXCHANGE WILL TAKE PLACE FIRST. If the same model item is not available, a full transaction will be canceled and refund will be issued.  

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING.

    * In order for the item to be accepted for exchange/refund, it must be returned in its original condition, in original packaging and with all components/accessories. Once received and inspected, we will happily refund the cost of the merchandise excluding the shipping charge.
