We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Upon inspection for special markings or S/N verification, you will be fully refunded for the item, (Shipping charges not included.), We reserve the right to charge 20% re-stocking fee.

If requested, and if the part is available in stock, we can send you the part that you need, or the exact same part (if original was defective) instead of a refund.

We are unable to issue credit for any part that was not shipped from our warehouse.  We use a unique identifying stamp on all items shipped.  It is important to carefully determine which item you need before ordering.   

DOA (Dead on Arrival):  All of our parts are inspected prior to shipment and guaranteed to be in working condition as they are removed from working functional units. We pride ourselves on maintaining a low return rate.

We will exchange or refund any part to be found not working within the 14 day warranty period.
