Returns Accepted
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, simply return it to us for a prompt and courteous refund. We will even pay the return shipping fees up to $20.00. We will also exchange items within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Pet Bed and Dog Potty Returns: Due to strict industry wide health regulations surrounding pet dander, we can only accept returns for beds in brand new, never used, unwashed condition, and your pet cannot have had any contact with the item whatsoever. If the bed was in sealed packaging when you received it, it must be returned with the original seal intact. Please note a restocking fee may be charged on your return.
