Outstanding piece - modernist brutalist steampunk look to my eye, so unique!  Individual bands of silver are soldered together to form an irregular band with one side slightly wider than the other, so asymmetrical.  Top of the cuff has three pieces of art glass.  Center is white with black accents and oval shape.  To the side of this is one squared piece of class that has waves in it, so textures and the other a triangular shape iridescent darker tone.  Really unique.  Open metal work so skin shows through - great for all skin tones.  Top of the bracelet is right around 1" wide and tapers toward the back.  Inner area measures 2.25" with a .75" gap - so just about woman's standard sizing.  Not sure how much I'd stretch this for a larger wrist as you could compromise the glass.  If you take tape measure around the total outside it is just shy of 7.5" around.  Testing sterling.  I don't see any markings on this for artisan or metal.  

Condition:   Ready to go – beautiful craftmanship.  Glass pieces good, no chips or cracks.  Very slight misshape.   Please enlarge and review all pictures to judge condition for yourself.  Please read the entire important information paragraph below.
