RETURN POLICY
As with online retail stores, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please read dimensions before purchasing any furniture. It is not uncommon for return shipping costs to be more expensive than the item itself. The size and weight of the item determine the shipping costs. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify seller ASAP. A buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs if item is damaged. The seller or supplier will email both a packing slip and return label. Please follow the return instructions. The seller will provide a full refund once the item arrives back in the warehouse. The seller may call buyer to expedite the return process. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.
Most of the items are being shipped via UPS or Fed-EX and many will require assembly.

Please make sure your Name, Shipping Address and Phone Number is correct on your payment invoice. The phone number allows the carrier company to contact you in case of delivery issues.
We are not responsible for non-delivered items due to an incorrect shipping address or if item is NOT deliverable.
A tracking number will be placed on Paypal Invoices. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier.
