PAYMENT:
Payment is due upon receipt of your final invoice. We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards. Credit card payments are processed directly through the PayPal system. We do not collect or store credit card or personal information.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We always combine shipping. If your items have not been combined into a single invoice please contact us.
SHIPPING:
We ship using UPS and the US Postal service. We will allow you to use your UPS or FedEx account for special shipping situations. It is your responsibility to provide a deliverable ship to address at the time of purchase. Most orders are shipped same day or next day with the exception of freight.
Overnight Shipments: We can accommodate most requests. It is recommended that you make your purchase and payment before 3 PM EST.
Overseas Shipments: We ship USPS Priority Mail International in most cases. This service is the only traceable low cost international service. There are weight and size restrictions to all countries using USPS. We do not modify invoices or prepay import taxes.
Freight: Items marked over 150 lbs. will be shipped freight. Residential delivery will be more expensive than a delivery to a commercial address. Freight shipments cannot be sent to an address with an apartment number. Freight overseas requires a special certified crate. This cost will be added to your freight charges.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we have an easy refund policy. No questions asked. Just pay for return shipping and send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt. Item must be unmodified; all parts must be returned in the original packaging.
