a)  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Buying Process

• Please leave a message if you have any questions before making order.
• Please provide your size or exact measurements to us ASAP after completing your auction. We are release from the responsibility if you provide the incorrect measurements or sizes to us.
• Please provide your full name, address, postal code, and cellphone or phone number. These are necessary conditions for delivery.
• It is also the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that someone is available at your address during delivery of the item. Please note that the item would be returned to us by the courier after several unsuccessful deliveries.
• Buyers would need to top up the shipping fees for re-delivery in cases where we have provided the correct shipping address but no one is available to take delivery of the item at the address given after several attempts.
• Please pay within 7 .
• We really appreciate if you leave me a positive feedback after you receiving your costume ,and our feedback system will also leave the same positive feedback to you automaticly as the same time .
• If you are not satisfized with our service, please contact us first to give us a chance to fix for you.

Return Policy

• If you can check the measurement guide carefully before you order, there shall not be a problem with size. In the unlikley event you ordered the wrong size or the item arrived defective, we can still exchange for you.
• Refunds will only be given on defective items (excludes postage cost).
• Returned items must be in good condition and buyer pays the returnning shipping cost.
• Exchange: buyer pays the shipping fee back, we pay the shipping fee go. - We do not charge restocking fee but we can not refund shipping for items return for refund.- Always contact us before sending the item back.
• Sorry for we won't accept worn out after you fitting and man-made. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail for exchange or refund.
