Serial No 22417209. For sale is Nikon fit Vivitar 70-210mm f3.5 VMC macro focusing Non AI lens. Priced at 100$. It has Nikon Non Ai mount (Nikon mount chart here). It has 67mm front filter rim. Closest focusing distance is 2 meters or 7 feet plus macro mode. It would fit many older Nikon SLR cameras. It will work on FE, FM, Nikkormat cameras. You could use it in M mode on some digital cameras (check manual for compatibility issues or look at lens compatibility chart below). On DX format cameras it will become 105-300mm manual focus zoom lens. I would rate it at 7+ for the looks and 10 for performance on a scale of 1 to 10. Lens will be shipped with lens caps as pictured. No other accessories are included in this auction.
Lenses cosmetic condition:
Lens has been used but looks OK. It has light scratches on the lens barrel. Filter rim has is not damaged. I see a crack in rubber on the focus ring. That is only cosmetic defect. Glass is very clean. I see no scratches on the front or rear glass coating. No fungus or haze. It has little bit of dust particles within glass elements. I would rate glass at 9 or excellent condition over all.
Lenses performance:
Lens has been fully tested by my tech guys. All features work good. It has no known problems. Focusing is very smooth. Zoom is works good. Aperture is snappy. Aperture blades have no oil.
