1.length of sleeve with measurement from neck if possible
2.length of gown, measure from shoulder to bottom of where you want gown to be
3.verify that you want a pocket on the front with an appliqued heart or a bow, or not.
If you only have a size, thats fine I will use my pattern default measurements
