Shipping Policy:

We only ship to the United States. We ship through either UPS or FedEx. We do not ship using USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, a street address is required for shipment. Combined shipping discounts are available. These items must be paid for within the same transaction. Email your seller, before payment, to verify combined shipping costs.

Customer Pickup:

Purchases can be picked up between the hours of 8:00am to 3:30pm CST Monday through Friday. Buyers must email in advance to plan a pick up time and date.

Payments:

Payments are due within 10 days of auction close. We prefer Paypal. We do not accept checks, and are not responsible for late or missing payments.

Office Hours:

Our office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We are not available for email outside business hours, or over major holidays.

Warranty Information:

Warranties, if available, are listed per item. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place a bid. All of our items fall under three categories described below.

Guaranteed

Items:

Any testing performed will be included in the description. Warranty does not cover compatibility, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise. Items serviced by anyone other than our technicians are no longer covered by warranty.

Non-DOA:

These items cannot be fully tested and are only guaranteed non-doa (not dead on arrival). This is no way, shape, or form, guarantees any working condition.

As-Is:

These items are untested, non-working, etc. "AS IS" items have no warranty or guarantee. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Returns:

Communication must be done through eBay's messaging system. If there is a concern with a warranted item you must contact your seller via EMAIL within the warranty period. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. You must receive an RMA number from your seller in order to return your item. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Feedback:

Due to our high volume of listings we utilize eBay's automatic feedback system. A positive feedback will automatically be left for the buyer immediately after positive feedback is received.
