Question: What does the "SD card error" mean?

Answer: I'm not sure, but when you put in an SD card, on the menu settings there's a "Format Card" option.  Try that, if that doesn't work try a good quality class 10 card. Mine all work fine with a few issues. One doesn't 

take night pics, another only takes black and white pics.

Question:  If the hunting trail camera does not take image or record videos for me, what should I do?

Answer: You can check if the memory SD card is full, transer images or videos to your computer or 

delete some files in the Replay Mode.

Question: Can I set the password for me on the hunting game camera?

1 Select " Password protection", press " OK", and then select "ON" to set the password of the camera.

2 The password is a 4-digit number selected between 0-9. If the password is lost, press "MENU key
