This is the only form of payment we accept, please do not ask for special circumstances.
You will receive a checkout email from us after your item has ended with checkout instructions.
We are happy to accept returns up to 7 days from your delivery
date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the item for a full refund. The purchased item must be returned in its’ original new
unused condition. If an item is returned in a used or
blemished condition it will not be refunded. To keep this from happening
please carefully read the item description and contact us with any
questions before purchasing.
We regret that at times we make a mistake in sending an incorrect item. In the event that we have made a mistake, please notify us and we will promptly take the steps to remedy the problem. We will cover the return shipping if an error was made on "our" part. We would ask that you contact us before opening a dispute with Ebay or Paypal.
Defective or Damaged Item:
From time to time we do have defective or damaged items sent out whether it is our fault,the manufacturers or the shipping company. If you do receive a damaged or defective rack please contact us right away. We will take the appropriate steps and send out a replacement free of charge right away. In the case this does happen please place the item back in the original shipping box and we will have the carrier come back and pick it up. Again please do not open a dispute, we will take care of it immediately!
Questions:If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to contact us. All questions will be responded to within 24 hours. While we do try to work hard through the weekends, we too like to get away for the occasional family activity, baseball game, powder run or pull on the lake. So in some cases emails received through the weekend may not be answered until the following Monday.
If you bid an incorrect amount or on the wrong item
you can retract your bid through Ebay. The buyer is the only person
that can retract an Ebay bid.
We are required to collect Wisconsin State sales tax of 5.5% on orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin. Orders shipped outside the state of Wisconsin are not charged sales tax.Do you offer local pick up?
Once you purchase an item or win an auction, the checkout will stay open for 5 days.I received an email that said I have an address discrepancy. What does it mean and what do I do to resolve it?
When you pay with Paypal, they require that we ship ONLY to the address that they provide to us on the invoice. In the checkout, you can add other addresses, but unfortunately, we can only ship to the address Paypal provides to us. If the addresses do not match, we will send you an email to alert you of the address discrepancy. If you give us approval to ship to the Paypal address, the order will be processed and shipped. If you do not approve the specified Paypal address, your payment will be refunded and we will email you instructions on how to correct the problem. Once the correction has been made, you can repay and we will process the order.Do you ship Internationally?

Payments made through Paypal will be shipped to the
address that Paypal provides to us on the invoice. If you need an item
shipped to a different address, please add the address to your Paypal

the checkout. Failure to do so will result in your transaction being
canceled or delayed.
Returns are processed within 7 days. Refunds will be
credited to the account that the original payment was made from. We
