Your Packages will be sent through FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending which state it is going to and how heavy the package would be. We take the best care of packing your product so it won?t get damaged during delivery. Most of our packages are being shipped with FedEx ground and map below shows FedEx transit time to different stated. We try to ship all packages same day and it takes from 2-5 business days (except AK, HI, and PR) for your item to be delivered.

International Customers Please Read: We value our international customers and want to provide them with exceptional service and a quick delivery time. However, while we take every effort to ship items as soon as possible and to fill out very detailed customs forms, sometimes packages are delayed in customs for several weeks. Although this does not happen often, it has occurred in the past so we want you to be fully aware of the shipping delays that may take place. Please understand that once we ship an item, we cannot control the service transit time. Transit times may vary considerably and they exclude weekends and holidays. Moreover, transit times may fluctuate with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. International Duty & Tax Charges: International customers should be aware that many countries will charge a duty to import products from the United States into your home country. You will be responsible for the payment of these duties. We want you to be fully informed about your purchase from us. If any international buyer rejects and return the package we will deduct shipping cost upon refund request.
Shipping Insurance and Handling Time
All items over $100 in value will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. We ship items every business day. Shipment will occur as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day after payment is received and processed.
Refusing A Package
If you should place an order with AceElectronix and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the package, please know that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping.
Terms of Sale
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AceElectronix within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Item should be returned in the manufacturer's box with all accessories (manual, remote, wires, etc.) along with a copy of your original invoice. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer (if item is being refunded we would deduct our shipping cost, our exact shipping cost will be deducted on free shipping listings). To receive a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer must first contact AceElectronix to obtain a Return Authorization. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a Return Authorization.
For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 7 days of delivery (a 15% restocking fee will apply).
We will cover any shipping costs for defective units. If the item you receive is defective please contact us and inform us about the issue. We might require the buyer to contact the manufacture to resolve any issues with the defective unit. If the issue is not resolved by the manufacture you can send us the item and we will gladly exchange the unit. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or we might ask you to ship the item back to us and we will credit you your shipping cost. We will first test any returned defective units before sending a replacement and if the item is not defective regular return/exchange policy will apply.( There absoulutly is no refund for car stereo items that have been installed)
