The Three Bears Store Terms of Sale

PAYMENT TERMS:

1.       We accept PayPal for all sales.  All payments must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of the sale.  If special circumstances exist, please contact us prior to the end of the seven days to make alternative arrangements.

SHIPPING TERMS:

1.        We will ship all items within 1 (one) business day of receiving a confirmed and/or cleared payment.  Please be advised the PayPal e-Check payments can require up to 10 or more business days to clear.

2.       Due to Holiday volumes, we will do our best to maintain our 1 (one) day shipping policy, however, between November and December, our handling time may be up to 2 (two) business days.

3.       We ship Monday – Friday.  If special circumstances exist, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4.       WE WELCOME INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.  International buyers are responsible for all taxes and customs fees related to thier item purchase.

RETURNS:

1.        We stand behind every product we sell.  If you are unhappy for any reason, you can return your purchase for a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the original shipment date.

2.       The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed to prior to the return.

3.       Merchandise must be returned in original condition.  For example, NWT items must still have their tags attached.
