Released for Verizon Wireless, the LG enV2 (VX9100) offers VCAST Music and Video, VZ Navigator, Bluetooth capabilities, dual speakers and a 2.0-megapixel camera. The enV2's QWERTY keypad makes messaging easy, while a 2.4-inch internal screen offers clear videos and images. Users can listen to the songs through a Bluetooth Stereo headset or accessory. A separately purchased external memory microSD card allows customers to store their own music or video clips on their phones and move them from their PCs to their phones.

Please Note: AT&T/Cingular/Fido customers, you may require 850 &1900 band in some areas while other areas only require 1900 band. You are responsible for confirming the compatibility of our items with your equipment or service provider before purchasing. An unlocked phone is not guaranteed to have full functionality of all features (i.e. internet), but is guaranteed to make/receive calls and text messaging. You may need to contact your service provider for initial set up and provisioning settings. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues.

We accept Paypal payments from your Confirmed address in Paypal at the time of purchase. Other requests will NOT be honored. Please note that cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee.

All orders (even expedited shipping) usually ship within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days in case of any delays. If you pay for overnight shipping, we will ship the item within one business day once we receive cleared payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, & Major Holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking information via email that will enable you to follow your purchase through the USPS website. Tracking information is not available for items under $25. All international buyers should email us before purchasing to confirm that we ship to the according country. We are NOT responsible for any other fees for international shipments.

You have 14 days upon receipt to check your purchase and make sure the item is as described in the auction and is in good condition. Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead On Arrival), not as described, or defective, ONLY if we are notified within 14 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in its original condition, unused, in the packaging with all accessories included. Given these conditions, damaged items will not be accepted back. Phone will be inspected before issuing a replacement. Before returning any item, you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form online and an RMA number will be given to you once the form is submitted.
