SHIPPING Standard shipping with us is free. We will use whatever method works best for us for your particular address (i.e. We will ship with the Post Office to PO Boxes). Our expedited shipping rates (UPS Next Day Air, USPS Express, etc.) are calculated using real time calculators provided to us by our carriers through eBay for our eBay store. This allows us to give you the most accurate shipping quote possible. Basically, you pay what we pay for shipping and nothing extra. We can ship any item in our inventory to the Contiguous United States (48 Mainland States). WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO MILITARY ADDRESSES THROUGH EBAY! Most orders ship the next day and all orders should ship within 3 business days. If it will be longer than 3 days, that means the item is backordered and someone will contact you and inform you of the situation and discuss options and a possible shipping date if one is available. Holidays will affect shipping times as we are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Indepedence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Extreme weather conditions such as hurricanes (we are located an hour from the Texas gulf coast line) and ice storms could also effect your shipping time, but these events are rare and out of anyone's control. We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. We cannot control their transit times or what happens once we send an order. We ALWAYS add a tracking number to your order in eBay when it is shipped that can be used to track your order while it is in transit. If there is a problem in shipment, the initial call to UPS or USPS will have to be made by us so contact us through the contact a seller option. COMBINED SHIPPING We do combine shipping on multiple items based on total weight of the package. The best thing to do is to commit to buy all of the items that you wish to purchase and then send us a request for a total through eBay. We will then send an invoice with the correct shipping total based on the earlier mentioned USPS and UPS calculators for total weight and zip code. The experience that we have had with eBay (and I have heard this from other sellers as well) is that their calculators sometimes have issues when multiple different items and quantities are selected and checked out at the same time. It will sometimes charge more than the actual cost, which is why it is best to request a total directly from us. PAYMENTS We accept and prefer Paypal but we also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We would like to have payment taken care of at the time of purchase but we will allow the standard 7 days before we file an unpaid item dispute with eBay. If you know for a fact that you will not make the 7 day grace period, please call us and we will do our best to work with you. We will not, under any circumstances, ship an order without having it paid in full so please do not ask. RETURN POLICY This is our RETURN POLICY. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, you have 30 DAYS to call us to request an exchange or return. We feel that this is ample time to inspect your item and contact us. We will base this 30-day period starting on the day our tracking shows that you received the item. We will then send out a prepaid return label to get the item back to us and provide a replacement. If there is no replacement available, only then will we send a full refund of the purchase price plus your shipping costs. We will inspect the item upon return to look for what you claim is wrong before we send a replacement or a refund. We will very strictly adhere to this 30-day limit to provide a prepaid shipping return label. If you contact us anytime after 30 days with a problem, we will honor the return policy but you will be responsible for the return shipping back to us. We will take an item back in this manner for up to 30 days.
