We have again started shipping to South America, Italy, Germany, and Russia, with the understanding refunds for non-receipt will not be made until after six (6) weeks have passed since purchase. Shipping to these areas is sometimes very slow. We will continue to ship to these countries unless refunds again become overwhelming.

- Shipping postage will be refunded for returns if we shipped an item different than the listing (sellers error) or is defective and is limited to $1.75 in the US. Postage will NOT be refunded for return (even if included as free with price) if buyer purchases incorrect item or changes mind and returns item. (buyers error) Postage refunds for returns from outside the US according to above (seller's error) is limited to $4.00. Buyer's error is not refundable. If item is ordered according to model number and not cartridge or needle number, and proves to be incorrect postage is not refundable.
