Return Policy:




If your item is defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase.



If item is unavailable for replacement we will issue a full refund plus the return shipping charges for the item.



Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless item was defective or unavailable for replacement.



Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned item.

Q: Is this item brand new?
A: All of our items we sell are Brand New & Factory sealed. We Do not sell Used, Bootlegged, or Copied Material/Media. We respect all copyright laws.

Q: Is this item in stock?
A: All of our movies are in stock & located in our store ready to ship out to you within 24 hours once your payment has cleared.(Weekends & Holidays Excluded)

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay with Debit card, Credit card or echeck through Paypal.

Q: What is Region 1?
A: Region 1 means that the disc is formatted to play on DVD players manufactured in the United States and Canada. Region 1 discs will not work on players formatted for any other region. All of the DVDs we sell are Region 1.


Shipping & Handling:

Q: Do you ship internationally & to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes. We ship Worldwide and to military addresses.

Q: How do you ship your item?
A: We ship all the items via USPS First class, Media mail, Priority mail, & First Class International mail.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? 
A: Shipping in the U.S. is $2.95 per item. International Shipping for Canada is $4.00 & for all other countries is $6.50. Please note that on all International orders 2-Disc sets, Video Games, & Box sets are priced separately in each listing.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we combine shipping on all orders paid for in one consolidated payment. In order to pay for all of your items in one payment, please wait to pay until you've won all of the items you'd like to purchase. You can then send the total through PayPal or request from us an invoice for your purchases.

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive? 
A: US First Class Mail- Once payment has cleared all items are shipped within 24 hours & Will take 3 to 5 business days, Media Mail 3 to 9 business days, and Priority Mail 1 to 3 business days. International First Class- Once payment has cleared all items are shipped within 24 hours and the Estimated delivery time: 7 to 21 days. Customs delays can sometimes occur. (Weekends & Holidays Excluded).

Q: Will you ship to an alternate or unconfirmed address?
A: We will gladly ship items to an alternate address, as long as it is included with your
payment.

Q: Is their an extra charge for Insurance on my item?
A: All orders (Domestic & International) are insured by us at no additional charge.

Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?
A: Tracking is available on all U.S. shipments. For International shipments unfortunately USPS First-Class International does not offer tracking.

Q: Will I have to pay customs on an international shipment?

A: All unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Q: My item is defective & doesn't work?
A: If item is defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase. If item is unavailable for replacement we will issue you a full refund plus the return shipping fee.

Q: I've sent back the return item, when do I get my refund?
