You are buying a new old stock military track jack. The government nomenclature is- "fixture, track connecting, full tracked vehicle" that was used on the removing and installing tracks of tanks and high speed tractor tracks. The part number is 12252120 and the NSN is 5120-01-016-2149. It is similar to a giant C clamp with a clamping force of 9,000 -18,000 pounds. It has a square 3/4 inch drive receiving hole. The jaws spread around 14 1/2 inch spread. I do not know what exactly what vehicle this fixture will work on. I am sure they could be modified for any similar use. It may have some surface rust and warehouse crud from long term storage. It ships 43 pounds UPS at buyer's expense. Ohio buyers have to pay sales tax. Sold "as is".
The posted cost of shipping is based on the seller-offered and buyer-selected shipping service, where the shipping costs are calculated by eBay and the shipping carrier based on the buyer's address, and any packaging/handling costs established by the seller are automatically rolled into the total.
