- During the Halloween season, August 15-October 31, there are no refunds or exchanges UNLESS your item is damaged upon receiving it. If it is determined that the product was intentionally damaged, no refund will be given. The rest of the year a reasonble effort will be made to make exchanges based upon availability for different size costumes. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Due to health code rules and regulations wigs, beards, masks and stockings CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. Please take into consideration that no one wants these items after they have been worn by someone else!!
