ITEMS
ORDERED IN ERROR will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we
will NOT refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is
typically 10-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to
returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.
ANY
PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED.
THE
RETURN PERIOD STARTS FROM THE DATE THAT THE CARRIER SHOWS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED.
If we are notified of a problem after the return period ends, we are not
able to allow a return!
Things that void a warranty AND further business with us are physical abuse of
the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent
alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service.

SHIPPING

UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is available on all items
shipping to addresses within the U.S.
Your
order must be paid by 3:00 PM CST in order to be shipped that day. You do NOT
need to contact us to arrange for overnight shipping; simply purchase the item
you want and choose "Next Day Air" shipping at the checkout.
Additionally, if a listing advertises "Free Shipping", this method is NOT
applicable to your location if you are located OUTSIDE of the United States.
UPS
does not ship to "P.O. Box addresses". If your order has a "P.O. Box address"
for the ship-to address, and you have chosen UPS shipping, we reserve the right
to ship your order with USPS Priority Mail instead. To prevent this
substitution, please provide a physical shipping address for all UPS orders.
Please note:
Once we've shipped your order, it's no longer in our possession and we can't
prevent delays caused by the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING
CARRIER DAMAGE: Please don't throw anything away (i.e. packing material and box)
as we will be need to file a damage claim. CONTACT US!
*********INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL have to pay ALL duties and taxes that
occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes
collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by
