We ship in-stock orders placed before 3pm EST/EDT the same day we receive them. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when UPS is operating.
We ship virtually anywhere in the world. For destinations within the continental United States, we use UPS Ground Residential or USPS Priority Mail. Special rates apply for shipments to P. Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

EuroLightings.com warrants all the products sold by Euro Lightings to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of six month after the date of the original purchase price of repair or replacement is not possible or practical. Our warranty covers only the product itself; we will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly. Euro Lightings will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
If the product you receive isnât what youâd hoped for, you may return it for a refund credit within 7 days, in new condition. If you need to return your purchase, please contact Euro Lightings via phone or email. Reference the purchase date, invoice/packing slip number.
NO RETURNS will be accepted without email authorization. We will issue an RGA. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. LED's, LED Drivers, Contemporary Lamps, Fans, Cable Lighting and Flex Track Lighting are subject to a 15% restocking. For returns a defective transformers: If the transformer is found to be in good working condition, the transformer will be returned to the customer, with freight costs at customer's expense.
