Payment

Information:

Paypal payments are gladly accepted. Other payment arrangements may be considered at your specific request.

You may pay by check or credit card, even if you don't have a paypal account. Just click the 'Pay Now' button and follow the instructions. US dollars only.

Please check out and pay within 3 days. Unpaid items will be reported on the 4^th day.

Combined Orders / Shipping Discount:

Combined orders need to be paid together in one transaction / invoice to receive the shipping discount.

Shipping will be discounted on purchases made within a 24-hour period.

Discount applies to items shipped to the same address at the same time.

When you have completed purchasing, just send me an e-mail and let me know that you are done shopping. I will then adjust the shipping and send you an invoice.

Please wait for an invoice that combines your order before making your payment.

Sorry, but any over payment on shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. Please allow extra time for items to clear customs.

Due to the time zone difference in various country's there may be a delay in answering your questions or for shipping verification.

Please do not ask me to declare your package’s contents as a "gift." It is against the law to misrepresent an item to avoid custom fees.

StarsVillage is not responsible for shipments outside the Continental United States.

NO tracking is available for First Class International or Priority Small Flat Rate Box shipping.

Pickup

Information:

For local buyers wanting to use local pickup, click on ask seller a question and let me know what item(s) you're interested in and that you would like to use local pickup. We can then decide on a time for pickup.

Local pickup charge is $3.00. Under certain circumstances the local pickup charge can be discounted.

Idaho sales tax is collected on all in state sales.

Please ask questions prior to purchasing. Items are listed in description as honestly as possible.

All handmade items are made by me in my studio. I use only top quality materials and pay very close attention to detail. That way you receive a superior product.

Return

Policy

Information:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send the item back within 14 days of receipt. Item must be in new condition to receive refund. Buyer pays for all return shipping fees.

You will be credited the cost of the merchandise only, minus the restocking fee. The original shipping charges and your return shipping expenses cannot be refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee for each returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.

Please contact me first to initiate any return process. Returns will not be accepted and refund will not be given without prior authorization.

Returns on custom orders are at my discretion in determining the resale of the custom design. Most all will qualify for return policy.
