IF WE SHIP THE WRONG ITEM:
If a mistake was made by us, please let us know immediately. We will
issue a return authorization number and pay to have the item shipped back to
us. Please do not open or modify the item or packaging in any way.
We cannot accept returns of used items.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT:
Every item that leaves our warehouse is brand new unless otherwise specified.
Some mild shipping wear and tear is
to be expected. Please report any excessive damage during shipment to us
immediately. Do not sign for items that are visibly damaged by the
carrier.
YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization
number. Please make sure to contact us BEFORE returning an
item. We are unable to bear shipping costs associated with the
delivery and/or the return of items.
THE RETURN PROCESS:
Step 1: Let Us Know - Call, e-mail, or fax details of the situation to
us.
Step 2: Get Authorization Number - All returns must be accompanied by a
return authorization number provided by us. Product must be received by
us within 15 days of authorization.
Step 3: Return Product - Upon receipt (and at our sole discretion), credit may
be issued in the form of a credit posted to your account or replacement
product(s). Returns which are not accompanied by a return
authorization will be subject to rejection and will not be eligible for or
receive credit.
MAKE SURE:
- To clearly mark your RA number on the SHIPPING LABEL. Please DO NOT mark the
outside of the carton in any way.
-To use a carrier like FedEx or UPS that allows you to track shipment and
receive proof of delivery. If we don’t receive the product, we can’t
issue a credit.
CREDIT ISSUANCE:
Once an item has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by
our receiving team.
Discontinued products, custom products, products not in original packaging,
opened products, products that have been marked, disfigured, or appear used,
and products damaged in any way (including but limited to water, fire, improper
handling, etc) will be rejected. Products that are not in satisfactory
condition (at our sole discretion) will be rejected.
