PAYMENT: All payments should be received within 3 days of the auction ending. If there is a problem paying please let us know. SHIPPING POLICY: We will normally ship within 1-5 business days once payment has been verified. In some cases, we may have to restock, or your order may fall on a holiday week this may add a couple of days to the processing of your order. All Upholstery and glass orders are required to be shipped with insurance via UPS. We prefer to only ship to a PayPal confirmed address. If we ship to an unconfirmed address, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all problems arising associated with shipping to an unconfirmed address. WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS. If you are purchasing multiple items please wait for a combined invoice to be generated and sent to you before trying to make a payment.
DOMESTIC: We only ship via USPS and UPS. First Class Service is NOT available for orders over $75.
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping to Canada and all International will be through USPS Priority Mail International. We cannot ship international orders via First Class Mail. Buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from merchandise costs. Buyers will generally be paying these fees upon receipt of the shipment. These additional charges are out of our control. We have no way of knowing how much they are or how much they will be. Please be aware of your Country’s import fees before buying this item. Again, we cannot be responsible for any additional fees involved and our shipping charge does not include any duty/customs fees that may be incurred. We cannot guarantee any shipping times for international orders as there are too many variables involved such as the time it takes for customs and excise to process your delivery. We cannot mark packages as “gift” for shipping or use reduced invoice costs – it is illegal.
RETURNS: All our items are described as accurately as possible. If something that you feel is relevant to the items description is inadvertently left out please contact us and we will remedy the situation. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us and we will help you get a claim filed and work on getting you a replacement. All returns on items must include the original tags and box (if applicable). Exchange/Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will responsible for paying shipping on returned items that DO NOT meet our customer’s satisfaction.
We will not be responsible for shipping costs on replacement items if the item has been damaged caused by improper installation or if you purchased the wrong item.
