We assume you are buying this candle for yourself, as an end user and that you are buying this candle for the way it smells not the way it looks. Yankee Candle has changed its style of label more than 4 times in the past few years. Sometimes, the candle you are purchasing may have a different label than the one pictured, however, the scent will be the one listed. If you are buying to resell, or as a gift, please let me know in advance.
Refunds
Please understand that we are a small not-for-profit organization that makes very little profit on our items. We do not mark up our items 200%- 400% like big corporations, therefore, we cannot act like a big company or have the same policies as a store that charges full price for their products.
If you request a refund, the refund must be requested within seven days of delivery confirmation.
Almost all refunds will require you to send the item back to us at your expense.
Defective candles that do not smell right or do not smell strongly enough cannot be returned to us, you must return them directly to Yankee Candle.
I will not refund you for: A melted candle. I am stating this in advance. If you order a candle during the summer, there is a chance it will arrive melted. If you do not want to take a risk that this might happen, do not bid on these auctions.
I will not refund you for: A candle that has been burned. Once you have burned a candle, if you find it to be defective, it must be returned directly to Yankee Candle.
