Return Policy:

Your item may be returned for a full merchandise refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of item. Just send it back to us in the original packaging with a note that includes your name, email address, the auction item number, and briefly explain your reason for returning the item. Lost Shipments:

While most shipments arrive at their destination in a timely fashion, on occassion USPS may either delay delivery or may lose a package. In these instances we must wait 14days before refunding or re processing a domestic order to allow USPS ample time to correct any problem. In the case of international shipments we must wait 30 days before refunding a payment or re processing an order.
