Non Personalised Products:
Returns are accepted only if the item is returned within 7 days in its ORIGINAL condition, items that are opened/used will be subject to a 15% re-packing/re-stocking fee, the return postage MUST be paid by the buyer in full, it is not the Studio's responsibility to arrange return shipping unless a mistake has been made on our part.

Because our products have personal information printed on them i.e. Names and Dates Etc. we cannot accept returns unless a spelling mistake or any other mistake is caused by us. It is the buyers responsibility to insure that the correct spelling of personal names and dates are checked.
