Your order with us is worry free. We offer a 30-day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) guarantee for all items. Defective or wrong item(s) will be repaired or replaced. The 30-day warranty only covers electronic parts and physical hardware.
Exclusion Terms: 30 day warranty is not applicable to International Orders and As-Is Items. The warranty shall immediately cease and become void if the product is found to have been modified, tampered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
We only accept US dollar via PayPal or Wire Transfer. We do not accept personal check or cash.

For Domestic Order(s)
We offer 2 methods for shipping your orders. Economy shipping orders are shipped by FedEx, FedEx Smart Post, USPS, 1-8 business days for transit and 1-2 business days for processing. Expedited shipping orders are shipped by FedEx Express Saver, 1-3 business days for transit and 1-2 business days for processing. For International Order(s)
Your order will be shipped with USPS Express Mail, 4-14 business days (1-3 weeks) for transit and 2-3 business days for processing. An estimated delivery time frame cannot be guaranteed.
- Duties, Taxes and Tariffs: You are subjected to all import duties, taxes and tariffs on any products ordered, which are imposed in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne y you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing order with us.
- Customs Clearance: When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of the goods purchased and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms or shipping invoices for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. For shipping of products internationally, you have to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In the event of additional information required by your local custom for clearing process, our freight carrier will inform you. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary information to our freight carrier by the stipulated timeline, failing which will result in your order being returned to us. Should your order be returned to us, you are responsible for the 2-way delivery charges. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for order(s) that are delayed through customs. If you think that your order(s) is likely to be/has been delayed or lost, please contact us.
- Restrictions: Do not order items that are illegal to import into your/designated country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your/designated country permits the shipment of the purchased products into your/designated country.
Brand New Items: Return will be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refurbished/Tested Working Items: Return will be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date.
As-Is Items, Software, and International Orders: Return will NOT be accepted.
To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned. RA numbers expire after 15 days.
Return items must be in their original condition and packaging. All accessories must be included.
All returns will be inspected. If the returning items do not match the original condition or are non-conforming, returns will be denied, and items will be either returned to you or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion
Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.
Refund will be processed in 2-3 business days after our inspection. The original method of payment used for the order will be credited.
