The following payment methods are accepted:
The winning bidder is responsible to deliver payment to us within 5 business days of the closing date of the auction. After 10 business days, we will file a Non Paying Bidder Alert with eBay.
Refund and Exchange:
We appreciate your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the defective item for you. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.
Specific terms are:
1. For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging.
2. Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Delivery Conformation and Insurance options:
On the more expensive items insurance is offered as an option. If you opt not to have your auction shipped without insurance I can not be responsible for what happens to it after I drop it off at the Post Office. All domestic items that are shipped using Priority Mail also have Delivery Confirmation.
With foreign shipments, if not shipped Priority Mail, all I have is the number on the customs form. I am unable to track parcels using that. This means that I have no way no way of confirmingdelivery unless the insurance option is selected.
