Seller: 204462 (265) 100%, Location: Newport, Ships to: GB & many other countries, Item: 282271207175 A beautifully shaped and elegant genuine specimen of Roman perfume/scented oils, or 'tear' bottle, dating from very early A.D., which is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or other damage. It has been sitting in a home-made display case since I bought it in 1974. I was told at the time, by the seller, that it had been found in a cave in Cyprus, along with a few others which were broken. The total height from base to top lip measures six inches, and the bowl width is two and a half inches, rising one and a half inches to start of neck - all measurements being approximate. I will be happy to include the florescent tube illuminated, mirror backed display case for no extra charge if required, although this will add further to the postage cost. I will supply an estimate for total postage after sale if display case is also required.
