We stand behind the products we sell. All merchandise is new in the original manufacturer's packaging and is fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. By bidding on our auction you agree to the following terms:

1. WE STAND BEHIND EVERY PRODUCT WE SELL. We guarantee every item we sell will function according to the manufacturer's specifications. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange within 14 calendar days from date of delivery. Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Bodytronics, we will pay the shipping back to you. In no case will shipping be refunded for defective merchandise. We reserve the right to replace or repair an item determined to be defective. After 14 days, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Bodytronics offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on it's products. If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it for exchange, within 14 calendar days from date of delivery. Item must be returned complete, in AS-NEW condition including any free or promotional items. Any products returned without ALL packing/packaging material, instructions, and original included accessories will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee and/or the full price of the promotional items. Items that show wear and tear will be accessed the same 15% re-stocking fee. Simply email or phone us to arrange your return.
3. BEST PRICE GUARANTEE. We offer the best customer service at the lowest prices. If you find this item at the same price or for less elsewhere, please let us know and we will do everything we can to beat the lowest price!

SHIPPING

We ship fast! All products listed on Ebay are in stock at our Atlanta-metro warehouse. You can expect your order to be carefully picked, professionally packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipments to the lower 48 states ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the size of the item, and delivery location. Tracking information will be emailed to you when we ship your item. To insure delivery of this tracking information, make sure your spam filter allows mail from bodytronics.com.
