The Garland GD-15GTH Designer Series gas griddle is designed for versatile placement, whether on a countertop or integrated with other GD series equipment. With dimensions of 15 inches in width and 24 inches in depth, its footprint can be adjusted using 4-inch adjustable legs to suit kitchen space requirements or to stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces. Crafted from durable stainless steel, the 1⁄2-inch-thick polished griddle plate heats up rapidly and maintains heat well, making it ideal for intermittent use. Equipped with three 25⁄8-inch splash guards, it effectively contains oil and grease from nearby surfaces.
Utilizing piezo-spark ignition and natural gas, the Garland GD-15GTH commercial griddle ignites its burner effortlessly. Suitable for cooking individual food items, it features thermostatic control for precise temperature management. The 15-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep cooking surface ensures even heat distribution, resulting in consistent and desired culinary outcomes.

An important note regarding Heavy or Bulky items
Free Shipping applies to a commercial destination with a loading dock. Non-Commercial (ex: residential etc.) destinations "might" necessitate the need for a Lift gate or other additional expenses. These additional expenses are extra cost and you will be contacted for your approval of these extra expenses. At this time you can cancel your purchase without penalty. You can always ask questions in advance using the Ask a Question feature on this page. A list of flat-rate surcharges below:
- Lift gate delivery fee: this guarantees a truck with a lift gate on it for use at time of curbside delivery. We strongly suggest this option when receiving freight shipments over 100 lbs. not including crating materials. If your facility does not have a loading dock and/or a fork lift, you are strongly encouraged to add this service. Cost is $55.
- Residential/High Density/Limited Access delivery fee: This is required when the shipment is being delivered to a residence or a facility with limited access. Cost is $65.
- "Call ahead" delivery window service fee: if you are shipping to a location that is frequently unoccupied/unstaffed during normal daytime business hours, this might be a good option. The freight company will contact you approximately 24 hours prior to shipment arrival and set a delivery window at any time of your choosing. Typically a 2 hour window. Cost is $25.
An Important note regarding pre-opened packages we ship
In order to ensure your item arrives in the best condition possible and to avoid any possible shipping damage, some products may be opened by us before being shipped out to you in order to add extra packing material. We open it only to assure your order arrives in the same condition as it was when shipped to us. Your product's safety and Your Satisfaction is our priority!
