Non-defective returns are accepted but subject to a 20% re-stocking fee within 15 days from the date products are received.
Contact seller before any return and exchange, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping cost is not refundable; if the item is sold as "Free shipping", actual shipping cost will be charged back to buyer for return/exchange;
Returned item must be unused, undamaged, in original package. Refund will not be issued for used, damaged item.
If you request to exchange or return an item, under any circumstances, you will need to contact us within 30 days via email and obtain a RMA number, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. In case the range hood is damaged during transit, please DO NOT refuses the delivery. Simply accept the item and notify us within 24 hours, and send us pictures. Once we receive the above information, we will process your request ASAP.We will send you another one once we open a damage claim.
