This claim has over 1100 feet of river frontage, open dredging season, easy access to the claim with a vehicle and camping, this claim has an abundance to offer both the recreational or extreme mining adventurer. With that knowledge, bidding will start at $1500.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY IS EASY!
Vehicle access to the claim is via a hard-pack dirt road which you can drive virtually up to the riverside. I've seen cars access the area as it is a maintained forest service road. The claim is located 22 miles outside the historic town of Idaho City. Driving directions to the claim: From Exit 46 in Meridian, head north on Eagle Road (HWY 55). After 6 miles, turn right (east) on State St (HWY 44). Take this for 1.7 miles and then turn left (north) onto HWY 55. You will stay on HWY 55 for approximately 34 miles till you reach Banks. You will turn right (east) on HWY 24 (the road to Garden Valley or Lowman). Stay on this road for 8 miles, then left on Middle Fork Rd (takes you through Crouch). The name of the road eventually changes to NF-698, after following this for about 18 miles, you will have reached the claim. For those interested in visiting the claim, I would ask that you use a pan or high-banker only to sample the material, in order to maintain the natural integrity of the site. Signage is posted clearly identifying the claim along the roadside.
LOCATED IN ONE OF THE RICHEST GOLD PRODUCING REGIONS IN THE COUNTRY!
The region is filled with activities for the outdoor enthusiast. You can find hundreds of miles of hiking, 4-wheeler and motorcycle trails around you. The rivers here are famous for their whitewater rafting. Bring your fishing pole as fishing is plentiful and the area is also home to outstanding hunting. In the winter, the area is known for its beautiful snow filled trails to go snowmobiling, skiing and sledding. Explore historic towns or relax in one of a number of natural hot spring ponds scattered throughout this region. No matter what the season this area will fill any adventurer's appetite.
Please note: I am providing acreage size relative to the amount of waterfront being offered. Many advertisements selling claims may provide high acreage size. However, they do not provide details regarding the amount of waterfront being offered. Please ensure you check the amount of waterfront being offered by other claim sellers as the majority of the gold deposits are in the riverbed and the immediate surroundings adjacent to the watersource.
When you purchase an unpatented mining claim you own ALL of the rights to all minerals on the claim. Your ownership is an interest in real property. You can leave it to your heirs, borrow against it, and even live on it with certain restrictions. Your ownership is perpetual, so long as you meet the annual requirements. The ground belongs to the Federal Government as long as it remains unpatented. If the claim becomes qualified for application for a patent and the patent is accepted, the ground will become your own private property. It will pass from the Federal Government to you. You will not pay royalties to anyone for anything you extract from your claim. The gold and other gems and minerals are all YOURS!
CLAIMS IN GOOD LOCATIONS LIKE THIS IN IDAHO ARE HARD TO COME BY. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY.
Good luck and happy bidding!
