- Free shipping is only provided for destinations within the United States.
- Most of our items are shipped via USPS Priority or Parcel Select. Some larger and/or heavier items may be shipped via UPS Ground. We do not offer shipping via Fed-Ex or DHL at this time.
- If you need something expedited, please contact us as early as possible so we can attempt to accommodate your request. Be advised, it may not always be possible to expedite an order.
- 99% of our orders will ship either same day, or next business day. Occasionally, specific orders will require additional processing time and may be delayed further.
- Shipping times during holidays may take longer than normal for package delivery.
- We will ship your package to the address that we receive at the time the order is placed. Please verify the correct shipping address BEFORE placing your order. If we ship your package to an old or invalid address, and you are not able to locate the package, we are not responsible for sending a replacement or providing you with a refund.
- Local pickup is available. If you wish to pick up locally, please contact us to make arrangements.
- International shipping on some items will not be available due to the package size and/or weight.
- Any brokerage, customs, taxes, and duty fees associated with an international shipment is the customer's responsibility to pay separately upon delivery.
- A phone number is required on all international orders for the customs paperwork. Failure to provide a phone number will result in delays during your order's processing.
- It's not uncommon for international shipments to take up to 6 weeks or more for delivery. Please be patient as they are often subject to additional delays and inspections.

Returns & Exchanges
- If you are returning your item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
- Decker Services will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt.
- No refunds will be given on new electronic items that have been opened or used.
- Open box and used electronic items may only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
- Electronic items sold "for parts or not working" are NOT eligible for return. Period.
- All returned items must be in their original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc).
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Decker Services. We will then pay to ship the replacement item to you.
- All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please check the FAQ section below for more information on how to obtain an RMA.
- We only allow for even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
- We strive to maintain a 72 hour turn around time on all returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered or we're busy due to holidays, the weekend, or other circumstances.
- Items returned that are physically abused, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted. No exceptions.
- All international sales are final. The return/exchange policy does not apply to international orders.
- The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse or if the item has been physically altered.
