About Gold & Silver Dreams
We are buyers of Precious Metals, Diamonds and Coins. We acquire our items through estate sales, auctions, store buyouts, private collections, other buyers and our own stores.   

Cleaning Process
Each piece is washed in warm water with mild detergent to remove any dirt and oils.
It is then placed into different cleaners depending on the piece. Items with porous stones are cleaned differently.
Then each piece is lightly scrubbed with a special scrubbing agent to clean behind settings and tight areas. 
Once dry each piece is inspected, polished, weighed, sized, photographed and packaged.
*Some items may require additional polishing

Payment
Payment is expected in 2 days.
Credit cards can be used through pay pal.
If no payment is made within 2 days, eBay will automatically open a case for unpaid item.
If more then one item is purchased, all items must be payed for, before items ship.

Shipping All items will ship within 24 hours or less, except weekends and holidays .

Free first class shipping with tracking unless marked otherwise.

5. Once I accept return, ship item back in original bag & box.
