We know you are excited about receiving your merchandise, so we make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible after notification from PayPal that your invoice has been paid in full.
We typically only prepare shipments on Tues., Wed., & Thurs., so if you make a purchase on a Friday, it will not ship until Tuesday.
Note: A surcharge of $6.00 will be added for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Attention International Buyers:
"Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior."
Any shipment that arrives damaged must be reported immediately in order for a claim to be filed with the
Shipment Carrier. Please do not refuse the package if it looks or sounds broken, or the carrier will deny
the claim instantly.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take the following action:
1. Keep all of the packaging materials, box, and damaged items. Carrier may need to inspect the package.
2. Take photos of the damaged item and any damage to the shipping box.
3. Send us an email about the damage; include description and photos of damage.
4. Be patient. We will issue a full refund or ship out a replacement item as soon as possible.
Returns & Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt.
We do our best to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions
and to provide a good photo(s), however, it is the buyers responsibility
to read the description thoroughly and to examine the details
of the item shown in the photo(s) before purchasing any item.
If you choose to Return an item for any reason
other than "damaged in transit" or "not as described"
the following apply:
~ 20% Restocking Fee per Item
~ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
~ Buyer must return the item at his/her own expense.
~ Refunds will not be issued until item is returned to seller in the same condition
as when it was originally shipped, including product info, box, carton, etc.
Items "damaged in transit" or "not as described", qualify for a full refund and
we will take care of the claim process for you, but you must do the following:
1. keep the original packaging and damaged item,
2. submit by email or mail photos of both packaging and item (to be submitted with claim).
