Evans Lighter/Cigarette Case

5 1/4" x 3 1/4" slim vintage cigarette case and lighter combination - made by Evans.  Silvertone metal with art deco ridges design.  Push-button opener with two compartments for holding cigarettes.  Pre-owned. Some tarnish and scratches/wear are present on the silvertone finish.  The lighter is empty and hasn't been filled to test but is unfrozen and appears in good working order.  I don't really know how to properly evaluate lighters like this, but from what I can tell it is not producing a spark.  It appears that it needs a new flint.  There is a wick, so I can only assume that with fuel and a new flint it would work, but I could not guarantee this.   It has not been monogrammed.
