Surface must be cleaned and dry before tape is applied. Once the Eternabond is installed you must use a roller pressure or hard pressure rubbing to allow the chemical bonding reaction to accure to get a secure bond. Most customer think it is just the highly sticky tape that bonds, that is not true. The pressure rubbing does the chemical releasing for bonding.
