This tool has been made on a dark flint flake struck from a nodule.It has a finely made burin at either end with a bifacially retouched side scraper.The dorsal back is arched with bladelet removal scars. The dorsal side also retains a small cortical area, this area is for the index finger when using the side scraper. The tool feels to have been made for right handed use. The ventral side is smooth and very slight concave. The left lateral edge is sharp, the right lateral edge is thicker for grasping. A rare tool that is in museum grade condition.
