Sizing Information:
A. Measure length of pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
B. Measure neck circumference.
C. Measure the broadest part of the chest.
If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend going up one size. Also, if pet has a stout build, a deep chest, or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for proper fit. If the dog is long-backed, like a Dachshund, a smaller size is recommended.

- Shipping to Canada is an additional $1.00; Europe, additional $5.00; Australia, additional $6.00.

- Returns will be given as store credit, less shipping and handling.
- Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item for an RMA number.
- All items must be returned in the same new condition received in and must include an RMA number. Items returned with pet hair, odor, damaged or without an RMA number will be subject to at 15% restocking fee.
- For example, an auction is won for a small sweater for $10. To return it for a medium which, for example, costs $15 in our store, the difference of $5 would be due, plus return shipping. Return shipping will be given at a reduced rate.
