How to request invoice from seller: There is no option on the check out page to request invoice anymore, however, if you go to your cart page, and let your mouse hover over the line at the top, where the seller's name is on the left, you will see the button appear on that line, at the right side of the page. It says "Request Total from Seller." Some say one cannot do this from a phone but only from a computer. · Paypal is the preferred payment method. · Buyers will automatically receive an email with their delivery confirmation number through Paypal shipping services. · I SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT!! · You will receive your feed back as soon as you pay.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: · Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. · Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. · Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. · I will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.
RESPONSE TO EMAILS: · I try my best to respond to your questions as soon as possible. However, I am just a retired grandma, not a corporation. · I am not here on Sunday and Holidays to respond to your questions. Returns: I accept returns on most items but one must contact me first. Buyer pays return postage which is non-refundable (unless I made a mistake). If one returns an item because they changed their mind, I will only refund the value of the item. If I paid for the original shipping (called free shipping) this will not be refunded.
