NOTE**************The DVD is in great shape and the jacket has some minor marks but is in overall great shape.  The only problem is the center piece that holds the DVD is broken and so the DVD doesn't stay in place.  It has a snap shut jacket so the DVD stays in place because of that.  It was broken when I purchased it at the store.  There is some sticky residue on the upper right hand side on the front where a price tag was.
