orders within 1 business day after we confirm your payment. Some items
may require a longer ship-out period. On occasion there may be
unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via phone
or email if we determine your order can not be sent within 3 days.
Express
Post is available on request, please ask for price.
Items
will be posted to the address registered with e-bay, so if you have
changed your address, or you have a different address in Paypal, please
advise before completing payment.
All
postal charges are inclusive of packing and handling fees associated
with each sale.
Registered
post is strongly recommended and includes insurance. Regular post is at
buyers own risk. No responsibility can be taken for loss or damage in
post on unregistered items.
Orders
over $50 will be required to pay registered postage.
International shipping is NOT free!
International
shipping via economy air takes approx 10 - 21 working days, longer in
holiday seasons.
An
international order sent via economy air does not include a shipping or
tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please request a
quote for registered mail.
We
do offer combined postage for all purchases within a 7 days period. If
you have bought multiple items, please wait for us to invoice you and
make sure to check out and pay for them together (not individually).
The compulsory registered post cost is included in the combined postage
for purchasing over $50 in value.
Have
we made a mistake?
If you have received a defective item, or an item which is different
from what you ordered, you must notify us within 14 days from the date
you received it.
If,
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordering
experience, please contact us by eBay messages to resolve any issues
before leaving feedback. We promise to reply you the by COB the
following business day. We are dedicated to looking after our customers.
Please
keep the package you received the product in so that it can be used
when returning the product. Once we receive your returned item we will
either exchange the product or issue a refund via the same payment
method used when purchased. If the item is defective or we have sent
the wrong item you will receive a full refund including shipping and
handling cost.
Have
you changed your mind?
It's human to change your mind and we’re generally happy to
accept returns if the product is in new / saleable condition and
returned within 14 days of delivery date. Please contact us by eBay
messages anytime. We promise to reply you the by COB the following
business day on how to return the product back to us.
Once
we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund of the price
paid less our postage and handling charges (net sale price) via the
same payment method used when purchased.
Please
note: We are unable to accept returns on worn or washed garments, or
bathers and underwear that have not been tried on over clean underwear,
for hygiene reasons
